Waiting for a long time for the test drive which we have to leave after loosing our patience to wait.

I really wish I can give this a five-star rating but I wanted to come in to buy that particular vehicle and the person I spoke to told me that it wasn't safe to drive back down to where I live. He told me that there was some better options and my only options were Prius 2001, BMW X3, or a Mercedes-Benz e 320, he didn't know if it was going to pass smog but asked me if I would like to buy it anyways. I wasn't sure" and he reassured me that it's 'probably just a cheap fix" I should have known better but trusted that I wasn't going to be screwed over. I paid over $2,200. I tried calling up the dealership but they're ignoring my phone calls. So far I fixed all the vacuum leaks on the car and spent over $500 in repairs. I would like to just take it back to the dealership and get my money back. But they're ignoring me.

Marco called me about the Jetta for my girl. We went out there and test drive. She liked it so we put in an application. She doesnt have good credit so we were expecting not the best terms. When they came back it wasnt horrible. We were short on the down payemnt, sonwe went to aquire more funds. The next day i call him. We had more down payment. We were now $1000 apart. We $1000 flexibility in the price and we would have had a sale. He said he would talk totnhe finance guy. He NEVER CALLED BACK. I called 3 times. The last time, I talked to Aaron who said he was the finance manager. He was flippant about the approval and unwillingness to move on price and make a deal. We went elsewhere and bought another Jetta that same night.

Great experience buying a car here. The team was very professional, explained everything clearly and honestly with no pressure. The car was perfectly prepared and the whole process was smooth and fast. You can tell they really care about their customers. Definitely recommend this dealership.
