Our purchase was an all around great experience! We were apprehensive about seeking out a purchase with a dealership that we weren’t familiar with and we couldn’t have been more pleased with the process. Early on in the process the sales manager came out and introduced himself and so did the individual handling the financing. Nice personal touch that went a long way. I felt like the agreed upon price was fair for us and the dealership. Really felt like we were treated fairly and honestly. I don’t take giving reviews lightly and if you are considering doing business with Honda of Middleburg Heights I would absolutely say that you should!!!

Marco had the car ready and was very transparent with condition, pricing, and the process. Game me a good deal (reluctantly) but was overall a great guy and experience. Would recommend buying from autolika.
