I had a great experience working with John at Ruby Auto Group when purchasing my 2015 Dodge Challenger R/T. From start to finish, the process was smooth, straightforward, and professional. John was easy to work with, no pressure, no games, just honest communication. He answered all my questions, gave me the space to make my own decision, and made sure everything was ready when I arrived. I drove in from out of town, and they respected my time, which I really appreciated. The car was exactly as described, and you can tell they take pride in the vehicles they sell. Overall, it was one of the easiest and most stress-free car-buying experiences I’ve had. If you’re looking for a solid vehicle and a team that treats you right, I’d definitely recommend them.

Cannot say enough good things about this dealer. We bought the car. It was fast, easy, and we really like it. It was super clean and even though it is 19 years old, it drives like a new car. No rust either!

Caught Sales & financing in multiple lies during the financial process, originally though it was an outstanding dealership, but when you get down to financing they will ABSOLUTELY lie about rates. I wouldn't recommend buying a hotdogs from this place!

Overall not a good experience with this dealership. Talked to a salesman for 3 or 4 consecutive days about buying a vehicle that they had listed on cargurus for sale. I spe cifically asked him if the dealership inspected their cars before they advertise them for sale. I was told that they make sure that everything works on the vehicle. The salesman and I agreed on a price over the phone. This price was pending me test driving the vehicle. I went to the dealer for a test drive. When I arrived I asked the salesman in person could he tell me if there was anything wrong with the vehicle. He made a phone call and talked to someone and told me that the radio was broken and that they wouldn't fix it, but they would discount the price by $350 I refused to buy the vehicle, To fIx the radio would cost a minimum of $600. feel that I was misled about the car having to have some type of repair done. Be careful when dealing with this dealership.
