I can recommend Manic. The sales team was helpful, answered my questions and I felt no high pressure bs tactics. These trucks pretty much sell themselves, but some dealers dial up the pressure or employ nagging sales tactics. Nobody likes that and there is none of that here. If they have exactly what I want on my schedule I have no qualms about buying from Manic.

Not a good experience. Drove all the way out there and did not get to test drive car. Had financing approved but when I arrived I was told I needed an approval letter specific to the car or no test drive or vehicle inspection. I asked about both when I set up the time to arrive and was assured I would be able to do both. The only thing I was able to do was look inside the car. It was over 90 minute drive one way for essentially the same as looking at car online. The attendant was also completely unsympathetic. It was as if there was an expectation that a customer would be aware of information that was never communicated and in fact the exact opposite was communicated.

Horrible communication and they want their money for the purchase of a vehicle but then they take their timetable pay off the trade in February 10th I gave my payment and its now March 3rd and they still have not paid for my trade in.

Nobody really brought me anything about financing lenders for me to see, when it came to trade in value, I had to push them to do it right then, and they really kept trying to push back. They took their time even doing that. I had to keep asking about the amount. They said they were giving top trade in value the salesman GUESSED $2000 but KBB said 4,345 was max. They also do not work with customers very well to help meet their needs. I am not easily manipulated or easy to get over on. I know what smooth talk looks/sounds like. The sales man had to keep going to talk to his manager while I was there. They pulled out their handy 4 square paper to show me numbers and arrows. Every time I would say or ask something, they would quickly Segway to something different avoiding what I said completely.

Staff was great! Approved instantly , great hospitality meanwhile paper work was in process, took my dream car home later that day! Great sales men TEDDY! From Tracy ford! Helped me get my first car EVER!
