I found them to be okay, and another family gave them a good rating. And I appreciated the salesperson honestly.

Dealer never returned inquiry of availability. When I called to inquire, I was treated rudely.

false advertisement. they don't have the car ready and they need to fix it, had tape and said they ordered the parts.

I was very disappointed of the salesman/owner and of this very unkempt, dirty, ragged with loud motor mond, dented, with rusted wheels 2013 Cadillac CTS he tried to sell me. He also stated he reduced the price $1000 from $6900!!! The yard was jammed with cars with nowhere to get one out without moving others, also the office was cruddy and dirty

Very easy time

The salesman at CrossCountry were very helpful and very attentive. They weren't pushie or overbearing, i test drove several cars and they were asking about more. Overall, it was a good experience and i would send anyone there that is looking for a good deal on a car!

Terrible. Finished app during promotion period for discounted car. Got to the dealership they raised the price as soon as i walked in. Waited 6 hours just to be seen after constant asking when will i be next to start the process. Test drove the car *check engine light was on*. Told them ahead of time it was on. Waited another hour because i told them i didn’t want a $3000 warranty they were pushing on me. If you decline something that they offer they’ll take away the price you’re trying to buy the car at. Was told that they have to order a piece for the vehicle and will get a call back in two days. It’s been about 2 weeks now. Just don’t go here at all, complete waste of your time.
