They are very nice to you when you are there. They advertise a low price. When you get there they add extras to the price so that it ends up on the high end of comparable vehicles and will not sell without the extras. When confronted them with my opinion that this seems not good business practice they replied “ that’s how we get people in here” the price was above avg. but not the great deal I went there to get

SCAM!!! James V. a salesman contacted me regarding my inquire on the 2018 BMW X6. I asked if it was available and he stated yes. I arranged a day and time to test drive this vehicle. I also informed James that I live 4 hours away but will come to potentially purchase this vehicle if all checked out. He assured me the vehicle was available for purchase. When I arrived, I was informed James V. Was not a sales representative but a call representative. Nevertheless, Jessie, another salesman; informed me the car was definitely available and I stated I would like to test drive the car and that if all checks out; I would be purchasing it. Jessie went to the back and returned moments later and said the car has a bad transmission and can’t be driven. This should have been disclosed prior to driving 4 hours. I should have listened to the comments. A true Bait-n-Switch situation. This dealership should be investigated for fraud, false advertising, and misleading customers. BUYERS BE AWARE!!!!

The worst said 16779 for 2019 bmw 330i with 79000 miles get there it’s 27000 was willing to pay cash drove over two hrs ask how much to finance was 35000 never ever again ever don’t believe internet price means nothing
