Pretty easy buying experience, the salesman was straightforward and was not pushy. Financing took a little bit of time.But overall the process was straightforward. Dealer does require you to have two options that I would have elected not to have, however, they said it was a corporate policy.

They changed out the car battery after they took my money and told me to buy a new battery because the one they put in wouldn't last long. Then they insisted on taking a photo of me with the car after purchase for their records. They are shady.

Enjoyable behavior and knew their stuff

I went out to look at a white 2011 Toyota Camry SE. I test drive the vehicle and it felt fine. I came back lifted the hood and smelled burnt oil. I pointed out two spots for leaks and told the owner that if he fixed those, confirm no leak, I’d buy the vehicle. He assured me all would be repaired including new hood struts. I waited, then I called, two days pass, no one picked up, no one got back to me. Yes I left messages. Overall once you start asking serious questions aside from where to sign, they didn’t want to take my business. This is a buyer beware for anyone purchasing from a used car lot, do your inspections, be serious about your business and if a dealer can’t answer your questions and act with integrity, WALK. You’ll save money and headaches in the end.
