Was told they are not accepting deposits until next week while the vehicle goes to BMW service but was contacted the next day saying the vehicle was sold.

The best customer service I have experience I have ever experienced.tons of really good vehicles to choose from ( my car was nice and shinny and so far runs great. just as advertised). my sells rep and I spoke as if we were old friends. The team of Family members handled the financial aspect of the deal with speed and accuracy. Paul Grenon even drove me to return my rental.days after the purchase I received a letter from my salesman thanking me again for my purchase. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had in all my 60yrs of living. I recommend this company 1000000%.

These people are straight liars who think you’re unable to validate what they are telling. Went in to buy the S580 they had on the lot. When I started the car the check engine light was on and the car sounded loud like a mustang and not a Mercedes. The sales woman who thought she was a slick talker told me she would take the car to their service department to be looked into. Since I had my own financing, once they knew I had the check in my hand to pay for the car, their story changed to the sales woman speaking to her manager and him telling her it’s only the O2 sensor and that I can get it fixed because the earliest they can get the car in was 2 weeks. Once my wife heard that, she called every Mercedes Benz dealerships service department including the one they said they were taking it to. Not only was there wait times less than a day, this dealership never had an appointment with the MB dealership their manager said they were taking it to. These people are true POS! Stay away!!!!
