Great dealership,great staff.

I asked for a Carfax, through email and text - was told he would send it to me. Next day still no carfax. Contacted again, he said he was busy and would send it soon. Still no carfax. Emailed him if he had a carfax -no reply. Had my son message him to ask for a carfax. No reply. I guess he has something to hide. Every other dealer I ask for a carfax can't get it to me quick enough> Not this guy. What's wrong with the car? Maybe the 2014 Mazda2 isn't as good as you tell me it is.

I did , only because I was late. But everything went well and staff was courteous.

Drove 2 hours to the steelership to find out that the car I went for was sold before I walked in. Communication would have been nice before I made the drive.

That alone should have immediately raised concern and transparency from your team. As a buyer prepared to spend over $93,000 cash offer for the listing price, I expected full disclosure, reassurance, and a serious effort to address the problem. Instead, when I expressed valid concerns about the vehicle’s condition and the long-term risk of buying a luxury car.
