Salesman was really pushy. Said he wouldn't drop the price of the vehicle despite visual damage to the truck after supposedly passing their inspection. Wanted me to commit to the truck financially and kept calling me even after I said I was no longer interested

Would not recommend Serra. I was an OH sale, the sales “professional” implied that unless I was a cash sale they probably would not want to do the transaction. Asked for additional pictures, major inconvenience. Well, as I take my business elsewhere, I was a cash deal and Serra will not get my business.
