The worst experience of my life. Manager was rude and unprofessional. Never in my life I'll do business with Victory Toyota.

Dan was great, direct, and knocked a few dollars off the price due to mirror adjust failing. Value of the car was fair and expected.

Even though the total price jumped forward significantly, Overall a very pleasant and smooth transaction everything went well. They were very courteous and kind.

I sent two emails and got no response at all. Poor, poor follow up. The only thing I received was a video on the car. No phone calls, emails or TEXT. I have cash on hand and are a legitimate buyer. Please remove San Bruno Honda from your sales list and you can remove my contact info as well. Business must be good? They could have had more business but didnt handle their business right. Stay AWAY.

SF Benz called me a few times to see the car I was interested in. When I got there, the car was in the body shop and not available. Waste of time.
