Wouldn’t send my worst enemy here.Purchased a 2020 Ram 1500 here. Ignore their $2,000 personal check “policy”. They’ll waive it. They do not inspect their vehicles. Will slap an inspection sticker on anything. Ended up being sold the truck with a dead battery, 3 engine codes, broken tailgate, and a bent axle. Was told “we missed a couple things” by multiple people in both upper management and service. If I had no mechanical experience these issues would’ve never been found. Service could not find the bent axle and I was laughed at. I had to show them myself in the shop. Service had truck 2 times totaling a whole month in the shop. They repaired the truck for no cost but they told me that was a “favor”. Will (sales manager) and Damon (general manager) are disrespectful, rude and won’t take responsibility. 24 Ford deserves negative stars.

I had a great experience, very friendly staff including finance department. My salesman Jon Williams was excellent, he was honest about everything about the car and made sure it was running perfect before i flew in to pick it up.
