I purchased a 2015 Lexus GX460 from Yosh Motors in Somerville, NJ on Feb 21, 2026. I made it very clear my main concerns were APR and the final out-the-door price. During financing I was shown three payment options and was told the lowest payment I selected was for the vehicle only and did not include warranties or add-ons. When I received the buyer’s order, several products had been added that increased the price by nearly $5,000, including a dent & windshield protection plan, GPS tracking product, window/VIN etching, and GAP insurance. When I questioned the dent plan I was told these products were mandatory and sold with all vehicles. After reviewing the documents and contacting several of the warranty providers directly, I was given cancellation forms and informed I could request cancellation within the allowed timeframe. When I contacted the dealership, the manager Joe R. refused to cancel anything and told me my only option was to unwind the entire deal and return the vehicle.

They tried to charge me almost $3000 for the Honda pre-owned certification. Offered me $2000 less on my trade than what I got elsewhere. Their all in price was $7000 higher than advertised. Total waste of time.
