The car had issues previously, took it for a test drive and found additional issues not disclosed. At that point I no longer felt comfortable. I am aware this is a used vehicle but I like transparency. An honest up front conversation is better than pretending.

Best experience I’ve ever had buying a vehicle. To check out the car the car fax and window sticker was ready for me when I got there. They were very professional but not your typical pushy sales people. They were eager to make a deal but were open to fair negotiation. I was on the fence about the trade in value because I thought it was too low. The owner personally drove out to meet me and we agreed on a fair number so both parties were happy and comfortable. There were a couple concerns mechanically about the vehicle and the concerns were addressed in 24 hours and the vehicle was clean with half a tank of fuel ready to go for me as soon as I got there. The paperwork portion was super transparent and they made it so easy. Before I left they shook my hand and made sure I knew if I had any questions or concerns call them and they will straighten it out. I’ve bought a lot of vehicles. Around 30-40 and I can say with no hesitation this was the best experience I’ve ever had A+++.
