Everything was very easy and simple. Even got a better deal than i was expecting!:)

I went to test drive the car and it was not in good shape. I said I would be open to looking at another car and they just left me sitting at the desk for an hour. So I thanked my sales person and left. They tried to stop me from leaving the lot very unprofessional. We bought another car the same evening. They really just wasted my time. I will never buy from them ever.

Genesis of Kirkland did not respond to my inquiry at any point. Kind of frustrating that no one from the dealership reached out to me..

The salesman was very helpful but the car was not on the lot. It was being shipped from Texas. I told him I wasn't interested and why, but he kept pushing! I finally stopped responding to his texts.

He got back to me. He was a nice guy, and he let me know what was probably the most important thing that I didn’t realize which was that it was a manual transmission. And if he gets something else, that’s exactly what I’m looking for he’ll get back to me. Thank you.
