DO NOT go to this dealership. I was told that they were offering $1,500 off used vehicles only to be told that I was given the wrong information and that they were not offering that incentive after spending hours waiting. I spoke to the manager and he said he was willing to take $17.00 off of the price. $17 dollars??????? I told him that was an insult to even offer. He came back and told me that I was insulting him asking for the $1500 incentive that I was told that they offered from the beginning. They do not have great customer service AT ALL!!!

DON’T BUY FROM HERE!! Also, be aware of the As-Is dealer warranty. They sell cars with issues and push the buyer to purchase the warranty so it becomes your problem. Matthew was helpful in the beginning. I drove the car, liked it and didn’t notice any issues. After purchasing, I noticed a smell of fumes when I turn the AC and heater on so I tried to reach Matthew and could not reach him! Called him from various numbers to get him to respond since he knew my number and was obviously ignoring me. I finally reach him from my sisters phone and he says he can have his mechanic look at it. Call him to schedule and of course, he’s avoiding me. The thing is, I love the car otherwise so I had no intentions of making a fuss, I just wanted help since I believe the issue was pre-existing and Matthew knew it. Instead, he’s brushing me off so I would NOT recommend them.

The truck was in a completely different condition than the pictures. When I was able to see it and drive it; It was being used as a work truck. Also had a lot of trim deficiencies and when asked to se the work order if what all they were going to fix on it I was completely ignored. I do not recommend using this dealer to buy any vehicles
