Dealerships near me (Smithville, TN)

I thought I had everything filled out online I'm not sure what happened but anyway they're good group of people I'd recommend them

Very helpful

They did a great job with communicating on the financial side, the car runs and drives great, my only complaint was my brake lights needed new bulbs and i drove the entire way home not knowing they were out, however staff was extremely apologetic about it. They were very friendly and quick with the process.

Very professional and very honest!

The salesman was awesome, said he was new but he knew what he was talking about. Very professional, caring.

Staff was good just felt like we got low balled on our trade in specially with the rust the vehicle we was looking at had.

Kyle was incredibly responsive. I got a text from him within a minute of liking the car. When I arrive, the car was ready and John the advisor was so helpful. I highly recommend this dealership in every way.

I did not get a response when the vehicle was price under $18,000. The vehicle is now over $20,000. I am very interested in purchasing the vehicle. I would wish some one would contact me via text or email. I sent a request for availability, I got no response. I sent it twice...no response. It may just be just missing contact information. If the vehicle becomes available at the original price of under $18,000 again. I would happy to follow-up with a test drive and hopefully purchase the vehicle. I am interested in the vehicle I purchased an extended warranty before even seeing the vehicle. So hopefully this business transaction can still happen. Thanks

The 4RUNNER was as described. The 4Runner was in the process of being cleaned when we arrived so Rory brought it to us to check out and test drive. Rory was amazing to work with, she went the extra mile with us. Rory was friendly and extra helpful. We would definitely recommend this dealership. From Rory (saleslady), to Used Car Manager (Mark), to Finance Manager (Adam), all were honest, customer service oriented, and easy to work with. Highly recommend.
