Experience was ok. I would rate it between a no pressure and some pressure at various times. Biggest issue was I specifically asked for confirmation of 3 features on the vehicle and I was told the vehicle had them. This turned out to be false as I confirmed in person the vehicle did not have adaptive cruise control as advertised. I drove 3 hours one way to possibly drive away with this vehicle. I likely would not have visited if I had been given the accurate information. I made the most of it but while I had read mostly positive information in reviews about the agent I was working with, this is a major issue for me and big frustration. Do your homework but you may not be able to get accurate information until you see the vehicle.

The silver/gray 2500 Ram that we drove 2 hours to see & drive was already sold & gone. No one informed us of that. We did try out a white one which was riddled with hail damage. It seemed to be a fine truck, but again, it was riddled with hail damage. It drove out fine. We were originally told it would be an additional $2000 to get the damage removed. Then it was just a $1000. Then if we really wanted it, they would fix the damage at no extra cost. I guess expecting to see the silver truck & not, it pretty much took the interest right out of me. The people were fine. the sales person was nice. Just needed to be informed ahead of time. Not sure who this Katy Smith was who was emailing us. Didn't meet her. Oh well, have a good day.

Well like any car dealer they really try to put it to ya on trade value. The vehicle i was wanting to trade I had purchased from them 18 months ago and they were coming in way below what i paid then. Not to mention that this thing has been in there shop with consistent problems from literally day 1. Not even sure why I was even considering the car other than I wanted a 17 Camaro to go with my 67. 10/10 would not recommend them. Patrick in service tho is awesome.
