Drove 4 hour trip one way to get a truck that they insured me was available. When I got there they informed me I could not buy the truck because someone had put a $500 deposit down and they were getting the truck financed. I spoke with the manager and told him I wanted to pay cash for the truck and that the salesman set my appointment on Saturday for Monday at 9am…they are closed on sundays so how did someone put a deposit on the truck?unfortunately he would not sell me the truck. He did write me a check for $125 for diesel fuel for inconvenience!

Just couldn't come to their terms. We got to within $200 of closing and they wouldn't budge. A total waste of a 4 hour round trip, plus gas. Won't return and won't recommend this dealership. People are polite.

We asked if the car was available but never received a response.

Brent was amazing. The clear communication and honest information was very refreshing. He was on time for the meeting. He listened to what I was looking for and was very helpful and sincere. A great place to go for a reliable vehicle that is local and unaffiliated with big dealers. I would definitely recommend brent and transparent auto brokers to my family and friends.
