This was a poor experience. I reached out through this site to see if the car was still available. I also emailed the dealership directly. Since I did not get a response, I went to their address in Bridgeport as their website says that they moved. I ended up in the middle of nowhere where there was absolutely no cars. I didn’t get any communication regarding if the car was available until after it’s sold.

Per my daughter - they do everything they say they are going to do. As with any car purchase, you need to do your own due diligence that your car is up to your own standards. I appreciate that if you have questions, they are answered and delivery & closing sale is very straightforward. I am happy with my purchase and I would from them again.

This was the best used car buying experience ever. Once you get there you would honestly think you are at a new car dealership, beautiful building inside and outside. There are so many vehicles to choose from and they all seem super clean. Road Ready certainly raises the bar for what you should expect when buying a used vehicle. Everyone one I dealt with directly or indirectly here was polite, professional and a pleasure to speak to. I found them very easy to work with in getting a deal done. Ryan the sales manager was in direct contact with me throughout the whole process, I always felt I was a valued customer. Caleb, my salesman was great to work with getting a deal done and going over the vehicle with me. Amanda got me through the finance process seamlessly. Ron, the owner came over and introduced himself and chatted for a while. Super nice guy. When everyone is as happy as all of these employees are it says something about the ownership and management. I had a disappointing experience at this dealership. I was genuinely interested in buying a car and was ready to move forward, but I felt like I wasn’t given a fair opportunity. The communication wasn’t very helpful, and the process left me frustrated. I understand that financing decisions have requirements, but I expected better customer service and clearer explanations. Unfortunately, I left feeling like my time wasn’t valued. I hope they improve how they treat customers in the future I really try buying the truck for a down payment for 2000$ but they said no
