I found a Yukon with them listed at a reasonable price. When I called and started working with the dealer, I believed that everything was going well until they presented me with an out-the-door price that was $15,000 more than the listed price of the vehicle. I understand dealership fees. When I asked where the hidden fees were coming from, they explained that the price online was only if you financed through their dealership. I already had a financer that I’ve used for over a decade. It was a Credit Union that has very good rates. So I was not inclined to finance elsewhere. Next, there was a mandatory vehicle protection cost of $3000. They also explained that there was a $2200 transport fee since I was purchasing it out of state. However, I ended up finding a similar vehicle in a different state, which was twice as far away, and their transport fee was half of this dealership’s. So I ended up going with the vehicle that was further away. They did not seem willing to negotiate.

i was not pleased with this dealer. the vehicle that i enquired about had pictures of the engine in pieces, when i ask what that was about the dealer started "its a rebuilt motor, that's why the pictures are there". with some attitude, i assumed the motor was rebuilt, what i was asking is why was the motor rebuilt, who rebuilt it, was this done by Billy Bob in your shop or by a reputible mechanic. Also the truck had over 100k on it, the motor had 15k. I felt like the dealer was talking down to me when i started asking questions about the motor.

Dealership was cluttered and disorganized. The vehicle was not ad depicted and had newer paint covering rusted areas which was not done professionally.
