The sales manager stated the suv i inquired about was avaliable and upon arrival they said it was sold days ago and the sales person said they told.me that so I could come in a look a the other colors and I told the sales manager over the phone I was looking for a specific color I wouldn't recommend customer service was awful as well as them trying to put you on a vehicle you dont like

If I could rate this 100 I would! Hands down the best dealership I have ever purchased a vehicle from! I was just browsing online and they dealership called me and was very helpful, upfront and HONEST. I lived 4 hours away and they assured me if I made that trip that I would drive away in the vehicle I wanted, and I done just that. The process was the fastest I’ve ever experienced with no issues. They even called every week since my purchase to make sure I was pleased with my vehicle. Definitely recommend and will never shop anywhere else other than Steele!

For what it’s worth the Customer Service was good. They were respond. Answer the phone when needed, but they gave no financing options. They just gave a denial letter and yet I met all their standards. They had supposedly preapproved me which is a crock.
