Matthew was extremely nice and willing to help get me more information on the vehicle that I was inquiring about.

I had reached out to the dealer hoping to purchase this f150. After multiple days of not receiving the simple request of more photos of the vehicle, I finally was able to see more images. The day after I received them I set up the earliest appointment possible to test drive it, where during the test drive they sold the truck right underneath me. I was and still am extremely upset by the whole process as I was really interested in the truck and was very excited to purchase it. If the dealer had been more competent and timely I would have been able to see the truck days earlier and in turn they would not have sold it under me. I had been looking for almost a year for the exact truck I wanted, and when i finally found it they back-doored me without any concern or second thought. Terrible way to do business and I hope I never have to do business with them again.

Jacob was very knowledgeable but not pushy. Too many times I have tried to buy a car or reached out to a dealership they use high pressure sales tactics. Lux car buys was different and made the process comfortable.

Pedro was great!! In total I spent less than an hour at the dealership during two visits. Financing was easy and I was out the door painlessly in an immaculately detailed, older Toyota, but was treated like I was buying a brand new Range Rover. Excellent experience.

Well I like the car I have to take it back Monday one of the tires busted I'm on a donut tire right now the oil light will go off but other than that I like the car and I hopefully they can fix it thank you
