Price was $4000 more than advertised price. It is a Chevrolet dealer but they couldn't confirm the CARB state warranty of 10 years 150000. After about 15 minutes I walked away. The salesman didn't really want to sell a vehicle.

They hit us with PermaPlate and Lojack extra charges of thousands as mandatory that was not advertised in the price so we felt they were ripping us off. We negotiated those fees down somewhat but it was a scam! I won't ever go back trhere.

The overall experience was average. The initial inquiry I made was through CarGurus. My car salesman was fast, helpful and very friendly, he did an outstanding job. I live out of state and financing with my institution was an extra step, where both my salesman and the sales manager were helpful in relaying accurate documentation in a timely manner. Once the sale transaction was final and complete, I received zero guidance and feedback from the sales management on the shipping instructions & status of my vehicle. Additionally, management put no effort into customer care resulting in zero follow-up & zero communication at the conclusion of this sale. This is poor business practice and customer service. What initially felt like a good vehicle purchase experience ended in a big disappointment. I did not feel like a valued customer.

I saw a listing posted on the app CarGurus for a Volvo XC 90. I contacted the dealership through the app and asked for an I packet with service records. The listing on CarGurus was incomplete, there was no market price or asking price or price rating, absolutely no information about pricing at all. I was contacted by three or four individuals who wanted me to come in and talk to them. None of these people ever sent me the information I asked for the I packet with service records. Eventually I learned by email that the car was a trade in they bought. Only after dozens of emails did I receive a price, a high price by the time it was evaluated by CarGurus. But before that was finally posted I tried to find out why they were asking for such a price considering the year, mileage, and other features. Wasted a lot of time, got no information. No ethics practiced in listing. What can you expect in transactions?
