Someone got back to me right away, and communicated with me. We discussed financing, but the financing that I did qualify for, doesn't qualify with them, unfortunately. He did say to do what I can. and we'd discuss the price. So, very nice and professional salesman, that I had talked to.

I was a little nervous making a 45min commute. Expecting the worst for purchasing the CRZ. I was surprised when I saw the vehicle. My main concern was did it drive well, hybrid battery still holding charge and no rust. I was satisfied with my purchase.

The vibe, cleanliness and top shelf customer service was bar none, a "Cut Above the Rest! Tania & Noly were supportive and made sure that they explained each and every step in process. Excellent teamwork and you can tell that it is a happy work environment from the manner in which they communicated with me, as a customer. "Team work makes the dreamwork!" I will definitely refer folks to them.

I’ve bought three cars from Bobby and I’m buying my forth this week. He honest, he has the cars well maintained and makes sure they are completely road ready. I’d trust to put my kid in any of his cars. Great guy, great deals on solid cars. I’ve come to him first because the trust is there and no hassle at all. Only place I’ve been to that I would trust to buy it without a test drive first. Thanks Bobby. Promise my teenage boys won’t crash this one!! (God I hope)

I sent a request for additional pictures - I specifically wanted to see pictures of the undercarriage. I was told I would get them the next day. After not receiving the pictures, I emailed back with another request. I have still never been sent the pictures. Multiple emails were immediately met with an AI email response. I called & talked to Conrad & he told me he would have a staff member text me the photos. Still didn’t get the pictures, so I texted again & was told they would get them to me the next day. Still didn’t get them - that was 3 days ago. Since then, I have texted & emailed. The only response has been another AI email response. I am an out of town buyer & getting as much info/pictures as possible would help me with the decision as to whether I make the 400+ mile trip to physically inspect the Jeep. The lack of transparency & communication has been beyond unacceptable.
