They sold the car while we were in the process of sealing the deal! That in my opinion is very unprofessional. I would never look to them for future purchases.

They have a 3400 dollar fee in addition to sale price of vehicle. Which is basically a way to get around the maximum amount dealers are allowed to charge consumers. Someone should contact the DMV and report them. They put cars online that they don’t have then when you get there they say there sold. Online they said they had 11 Cadillac Escalades I even called before making a trip from South Carolina to Maryland. When I got there they only had 2 and all the others had been sold. I call two days prior. I owned a used car lot years ago. The so called 3400 dollar fee is an illegal doc fee. I looked up Maryland Law and the max dealers can charge for a Doc fee is 800 dollars. I was told the 3400 hundred dollar fee attached to every purchase was for making sure the car was good to go when I asked the salesman shouldn’t you do all that anyway before you sale the car and even when someone purchase the vehicle it’s as as correct unless customer purchase a warranty! Trust me stay away from here!

Overall, great experience. First time going in to the dealership and getting exactly what I inquired about. Fastest process ever!!!
