Shopping at Land Rover is a unique process compared to other dealerships. I was interested in a 2019 Honda CR-V in their pre-owned inventory. They house the vehicles in a parking garage structure as opposed to having them out on a regular lot. You come in to visit and they escort you to the vehicle as if you are going to examine a rare museum artifact. They really try to cultivate an experience. When I engaged with the salesman concerning the cost of the vehicle he did include the $2500 theft protection add ons as mandatory. I didn't want those so I left. To Land Rover's credit they did followup by email and with management's permission remove those. I did not end up buying the vehicle but I give them props for responding to my various requests.

Abbas helped out along with their mechanic. The car was leaking driver side axel but I fixed it. Overall the financing paperwork went smooth and fast.

They were not transparent about final pricing and was rushed into buying over 3k of warranty while they knew I was dealing with emergencies. The final price was not disclosed and was not what was agreed on with the manager. I left feeling unhappy and frustrated.

The folks at Audi San Diego were super helpful, down to earth, friendly, and knowledgeable about the car I was looking at. I had to take a quick drive away just to know that I was going to buy the car I was looking at. I loved the process and enjoyed the team there.
