I liked the Honesty of Red, and his willingness to work with us re. Financing; He rightfully Informed us that we could seek our own financing, if we found it to be cheaper, which we Did. He was also Willing to Deliver, though 60 mi away. I'm VERY THANKFUL he Dropped the price, and Fulfilled my Request Not to Show it to anyone else! THANK YOU RED! Never heard from the dealership outside of the virtual assistant, send was unable to receive an actual price for the car either. It was almost as if they weren't interested in completing a sale.

I never made it down to the dealership but from the time I did deal with them they were very helpful and nice .

The staff at Frontier Ford are awesome! I sent out communication and set up and appointment. Some thing came up where I couldn’t make my appt but was able to remain in communication with Cristian for the car I was interested in. I appreciate the real time updates and thorough communication. because the specific car I was interested in was a really good deal I didnt want to miss out! cristian was able to work things out for me and I was able to buy the car! the team at frontier ford in santa clara are very nice and friendly! I also visited 2 other Ford Dealerships and the vibes weren’t the same. Big shout out to cristian and brayden - thank you!!

CarGurus linked us with the right car. De’maraie was the salesperson that responded to our initial inquiry, and he worked with us through the entire transaction. Oscar assisted us in financing. Both were very personable and professional. We were able to get the exact car we were looking for at a great value. The entire process only took a couple hours including the test drive. Everything was ready when we arrived. They both explained everything in detail, and there were no surprises or hidden costs. I would highly recommend either of these gentlemen, the dealership (San Jose Jaguar Land Rover), and CarGurus to any perspective buyer. We came out of the area to make our purchase, and it was well worth it.

I was communicating with the salesman, Than, about the 2024 Camry. Told him I live an hour away. We worked out a time for me to test drive the vehicle, he texts me 2-3 hours prior and tells me it needs to be rescheduled, the battery is dead. Texts again 3-4 hours later: New Battery is in. So I drive there, and upon pulling into the lot I see an employee charging the Camry's battery. Confusing, because Than told me he bought a new battery. After battery charges, get into the vehicle and there are error lights on the dashboard. The employee doesn't know what they are. Then the employee tells me, "Did Than tell you about the upgrades added to the vehicle? Plastic on the door edges--$495, ceramic coating on the car--$1500." So actual price of car was $2k more advertised on Car Gurus. United Imports gives me scam vibes. All vehicles are "As-Is--no warranty". Car had a noticeable dent in front fender, they acted like they never saw it. Still demanding over market value.
