The person who sent me a text didn't know what petrol was (gas) He told me "good luck searching " (I'm looking for a petrol running RED colored S60. So, this dealership doesn't want a sale or to help?

I had initial contact with the dealer. They responded to the availability of the car. Once I asked for the Carfax report, I never heard back. Obviously, I would not do further business with a place like this.

Bought this car sight unseen from a different state, pictures looked good and staff was upfront and straightforward for the most part. Tells me everything about it and how great it is, upon arrival I treat drive it and has massive engine tick. Wasn’t told about that part. That’s going to cost a couple grand to replace so not very transparent about that if I’m being honest.
