I asked for photo before I would drive an hour to look at the car and they never sent any photos

The dealship was the greatest, friendly and caring, they made me fell like I was their family,and met all of my need .If I ever need a nother car again and they have it I will buy it because they have earn my trust.

No only was the car I drove over 100 miles to see, not ready to be sold, the dealership was insistent on trying to get me to agree to purchase if they fixed the problems with the car. Keep in mind this was after several conversations about my intentions before even driving up there to test drive it. I’m curious to know how a “respected” dealership in the mount pleasant area has stayed open for so long. I was very clear and adamant about my intentions on test driving that vehicle and my inability to purchase anything pending my insurance total loss claim. They continued to attempt to figure out a way for me to buy that particular vehicle. I will not recommend nor ever make a trip to this dealership for any vehicle I find that they have in the future. Absolutely reaffirmed to me why people hate car dealerships.
