Rod & Abdul were great to work with. Both were quick to reply, helpful & knowledgeable. The car ended up not being for me, but nothing to do with the dealership or the car itself.

I came to Victory Toyota for my dream truck — the exact one they advertised as fully serviced and ready to go. It was on the lot, but I wasn’t allowed to test drive it. I should have noticed the signs right then and there. They said it was unsafe and needed Tires and Brakes. Okay, not a problem I told them I was willing to wait. They asked if I was open to alternatives and, they kind of steered me toward newer, pricier models while saying the original truck would need another service check. I told them I came for one thing and one thing only, and politely asked they just keep me posted on the status of it and left. They led me to believe they’d get it ready for me, so I left thinking we’d move forward soon. Then, after I was gone, I got a call saying -slight inconvenience but the truck actually needed more work and was likely going to auction — meaning it was never really for sale like the ad claimed. This was a textbook bait-and-switch. They used a misleading listing to get me in

I sent two emails and got no response at all. Poor, poor follow up. The only thing I received was a video on the car. No phone calls, emails or TEXT. I have cash on hand and are a legitimate buyer. Please remove San Bruno Honda from your sales list and you can remove my contact info as well. Business must be good? They could have had more business but didnt handle their business right. Stay AWAY.

I want to shout out Mark, Kevin, and Jimmy. These three gentlemen made my experience phenomenal. This was the first time I have purchased a car, and they ensured it went smoothly. Mark had excellent communication skills, consistently kept me in the loop, and was also assisting in my best interest. Kevin has great energy and reassured me of many of my anxieties about my big purchase. Jimmy helped finalize the sale and made me feel comfortable. Walked in with a smile and walked out with a bigger one. Definitely know who to return to, come my next venture.

Great buying experience

Overall, good experience with Cadillac of S. San Francisco, however I will downgrade them from a 5 star to a 4 start because the original sales person who was supposed to pick me up at the Daly City BART station forgot about our meeting, even though we texted the day before about the time. I texted her when I was getting close to the BART station, but no replies, then when I arrived at the BART station, I texted again, no replies, I then tried calling her, but no answer, I left a message. After waiting about 20 minutes for a call back, I finally called the dealership, the receptionist told me she would find a sales person to call me, 10 minutes later, Ahmad called and said he would come pick me up, he took care of me from pick up to the time I left the dealership with my Yukon Denali. Ahmad saved the day for me, I highly recommend him. Therefore, I decided to leave a 4 star review, otherwise it would have been a 1 star or zero star if no one had come to get me.
