Dealerships near me (Salina, KS)

Contacted dealership to let them know I was interested in vehicle. I got a few pics, said it was getting detailed so not many pics available. Told them I wanted to come out for a test drive thru did I could see vehicle but not drive it and they never contacted me again.

Helpful, i am pretty specific about what i want, they were good.

Contacted them about vehicle and asked for more pictures. Never received the picture or the video I asked for. Sent pics of truck to trade in and vin asked about getting estimate on trade value, never heard back. Wasn't gonna drive 100 miles and waste my time or theirs if wasn't worth it. Wanted to communicate via email before giving my phone number out and being hounded by phone calls when all I wanted was some I formation to see if I wanted to pursue making a deal or not. Needless to say found a truck elsewhere that i went to go look at with a dealership that se t the info I asked for

Staff emailed me back quickly at first and I requested additional pics and never received. Emailed them twice more and never got a reply at all.

I was very happy with my overall experience with Long McArthur Ford. They were upfront on all the pricing and treated me fairly in all dealings. I would recommend them and would buy from them again.

I was told they would get back to me after their shop completed the evaluation, repairs and cleanup. They didn’t do that and sold the car to someone else without giving me an opportunity to buy it. Inexcusable.

Monty and Steve were great to work with. Did everything possible to make the process quick and painless. Will definitely work with them on future vehicles
