Good experience

I drove 145 miles to get this vehicle from Las Vegas to St. George. Upon arrival, vehicle has a very visible spiderweb crack in the windshield in the visibility area of the drivers side. They would not fix it there. Instead asked me to fix it myself and they would reimburse me at a later date. Safelite charges over $400 for this particular windshield. Unreal. I'm out $$ on a car that should have been prestine upon pickup. They had time. I purchased on line on Tuesday and picked up on Thurs afternoon. There were scratches all over and each wheel, including the spare had paint chips out of it. The car was not clean either. My salesperson who told me to be there on Thursday was in Chicago and noone notified me. They handed me off to another sales person who knew nothing about my purchase and could not answer all of my questions. What should have been a smoothe transitition being that it was purchased/approved prior was instead a mess. Shame on them!
