Very happy with interaction with this dealership so far.

First off, there were too many staff responding to my inquiry and each one was somewhat unaware of the others. Overall, it was a take it or leave it experience. For a vehicle that was on the lot for 160+ days, there wasn't any sense of urgency what they could do to sell me a vehicle. It was, submit an offer and let's see what comes back. I said I was shopping around to get the best deal and the offer/attitude didn't change. As such, looking elsewhere.

My contact was online & via phone. I haven’t purchased the vehicle yet. So Mr Tim & Zero have been helpful.

Quick and painless

I did not go to dealership.i bought on line and by phone agreements.signed on line forms.and verbal agreements to ship to my home in Waterford pa.and several employees got involved. Said I should have my 2011 ram buy 28 august Friday.after it's in my property then I'll be able to rate my experience.all I've seen pictures and never drove before buying it. Approximately 1200 miles south of my Waterford pa.home.

I completed paperwork via Docusign and another platform. The most important wasn’t signed until they drove the car to my home (2hrs away) and allowed me to test drive it. Easy process. They even lowered the price to meet a payment I was comfortable with.

Ed Gordon was fantastic and super communicative.
