Dealerships near me (Saint Augustine, FL)

Awesome, friendly

I came from 2 hours away got there the didn’t want to talk to me about check engine light they was going to get back with me never did

I inquired online/email. Very helpful in all my questions and tried their best to meet my needs. Even though we didn't purchase a vehicle from them their communication was great.

First off, there were too many staff responding to my inquiry and each one was somewhat unaware of the others. Overall, it was a take it or leave it experience. For a vehicle that was on the lot for 160+ days, there wasn't any sense of urgency what they could do to sell me a vehicle. It was, submit an offer and let's see what comes back. I said I was shopping around to get the best deal and the offer/attitude didn't change. As such, looking elsewhere.

Quick and painless

The staff from sales person to finance manager was great. I didn't go to the dealership they delivered it to me.The only thing I was disappointed about was it was supposed to have floor Matt's and there was none .There was no spare tire either but I read on the newer ones they give you a repair kit so I'll buy my own spare tire don't like being without one just in case the kit can't repair what wrong with the tire. OTHER THEN THAT I LOVE MY NISSAN

I completed paperwork via Docusign and another platform. The most important wasn’t signed until they drove the car to my home (2hrs away) and allowed me to test drive it. Easy process. They even lowered the price to meet a payment I was comfortable with.

Overall experience was great.
