Dealerships near me (Russellville, KY)

Didn’t even get a response or nothing and I applied multiple times. Was actually kinda excited because it’s something I could’ve afforded and with my current vehicle messing up i thought I had a chance at getting another source of transportation so I didn’t have to worry about risking my job every morning. Could have atleast got back to me and told me no if anything.

I can't really tell you anything. Because the dealership never called me or responded to my emails. And I work during their regular business hours. So most of the transaction was going to be over the phone or email Until an agreement was made. But since no one ever reached out, or answered that never happened

I had an appointment to test drive the truck at 10am on Friday 12/12/25. After driving one hour to the dealership I was was told the truck sold Thursday evening. I never received a call canceling the test drive. Additional training on customer service would be a great idea to consider here.

Truck didn’t have gas in it on the test drive. Check engine light was on

From Sidney, our salesperson, to Amanda, the GM, to Travis, the finance manager, our experience at Hunt Ford was fantastic. We traveled to make this car purchase, and they bent over backward to make sure our experience was superb. I would highly recommend Hunt Ford!
