The experience I had with this dealer was amazing, I received a call within minutes of me submitting my info online and the sales person that I spoke with was very professional and upfront about the problems that the truck which was expected at the price point. I am very satisfied with how the whole interaction went and would love to do business with them if possible.

We had a wonderful purchase experience. Donnie, his manager and finance manager were so humble and honest in their approach, communication and delivery of all I asked for. Having purchased our latest vehicle, and as we were about to drive out of the dealership, my wife, 5’2” needed a cushion to drive the two hour’s journey from Palestine to Las Colinas. I asked her to go in and ask if they have any cushion so she could comfortably drive home. They had none. A few minutes later, Donnie showed up with a brand new looking cushion and said “this is the finance manager’s cushion. He wants you to have it and drive home safely.” It may sound like a small gesture but it was such a relief for my joy filled wife. Thank you Donnie and All Star Ford team for a wonderful purchase experience. We are home safely and looking forward to enjoying our newly acquired vehicle with a warm memory.

Dealer became extremely pushy when I said that I was going with another dealership that offered me more on my trade in. Dealer came down more on price but I still went with the other Dealer who gave me the better price to begin with.

Wasted trip going find out wanted $4000-$5000 down for the jeep and payments $675
