Above and beyond experience. Found the exact car I was hoping to get but my credit is so bad I got denied by 2 other dealerships. I was hoping they would do buy here pay here but Marvin said that they have an excellent financing department and to give them a chance. I had nothing to lose so I completed the credit application and Ms Deedee worked her magic the next day and I couldn't believe how good of a deal it was. Car looked great and drove amazing. Financing company asked for a lot of stuff but Ms Deedee was so patient and helped me through out the entire process. I'm so ever grateful for everyone at this awesome dealership. I already sent them a relative that also was approved and bought a nice Jeep Cherokee, she's very happy as well. I will definitely recommend for everyone to buy from Ottomatic Motors. Likely because i wasnt in state i inquired about the vehicle ready to buy but i wanted a walk around which is pretty standard as i do it every day even for instate customers. They never provided that after 2 days of waiting and their useless AI reaching out i gave up and bought elsewhere.
