The dealer (James) was kind, courteous and professional throughout the entire process, and never attempted to pressure us into a sale. I was given prompt updates whenever I requested information about the car, and he worked to resolve issues with the vehicle before the sale. The vehicle matched the listing and photos and was in very good condition. I put down a small payment to reserve the vehicle, and even though I did not purchase the car, the payment was returned promptly and without any haranguing on my part. It is a smaller and unique type of dealership, however, as it operates out of a closed-access office building; be sure to book an appointment beforehand as you will not be able to walk in.
