The manager on the used car lot side of subura is a great person good people right there fun guy to talk to while u try to get the car u want and and a. Amazing person , and the finance lady did a wonderful job she very good at her job and smart , and a wonderful person great review from me

At the moment, I am in thinking about buying the truck but Britney is communicating very well. If I decide to buy the truck I believe that it will be a good experience.

I called and talked to a sales representative that told me the vechicle was availble and I made an appointment for appx 30 mins after. He assured me it would be there.... when I got there the person I was told to ask for wasn't there, they told us to wait..... 30 mins later, they come get us and say that vechicle wasn't available and they had many others to show us. Obviously a bait and switch, I just left after he left us yet again for another 20 mins.

Gary was very helpful and informative even though I wasn’t able to make the trip to Houston.

Everything great but the price was different

Don't waste your time to go to this dealership! Unless you're going to buy $100,000 Genesis they don't even want you on their lot they will not even give you the time of day! The price of the car was way off they added another $7,000 fees and then the taxes on top of that which made the car almost $48,000 when they were done!
