Awful experience. Went to look at two Lexus ES 300 H cars that were available three days before going, but both were somehow gone when I arrived. I did not receive a phone call to let me know they were gone. Instead, I go to a separate lot 15 mins away to look at an ES350, which was in horrendous shape and not in line with the Autocheck report. Total waste of time and gas.

The level of price transparency and customer service is significantly lacking. When I called to inquire about the price of the 2018 Honda Accord 2.0t, the manager informed me that he could not disclose the price over the phone. When I asked for the reason, he simply stated that this is not how he operates. I wonder, who goes to a store to make a purchase without knowing the price? I requested the out the door price and was then transferred to the sales department, only to have the call abruptly disconnected. This was extremely unprofessional.

Everything went smoothly! Carmen was great! The car was in better shape than expected for the price! The price was clear! Only what sticker price said plus a warranty i decided to buy but im quite sure that if I want it to take off they would have done it! Financing went better than expected also!
