Dealer is very responsive. I reached out to them in the morning, finished purchase that same day. Very clear regarding financing options, and out-the door final payment. Great experience and very satisfied with the customer service.

Kbb has the vehicle listed in fair condition for $13k, dealer has the car advertised for $12700, sounds good. Then the $2100 "dealership fee" comes into play. The dealer says the vehicle is worth $19k so its a deal, no thanks.

Salesperson was very rude and was not willing to even discuss a discount on this vehicle, when we told her that we had done some research and price was a little high. We were coming a distance to see this car and wanted to know if was worth the trip. SO, NO SALE!

Dealer withheld price for a while, then when I mentioned was approved for the listed pricing, the put the door price magically jumped up by $5500

My salesman David was pretty good guy was selling 2 trucks at the same time still felt like he took good care of me. Sales manager Jamie (I think ) was awesome as well. My only problem was time at dealership and we all know that’s not just an Olgers problem it’s the car industry as a whole . Would definitely go back if I buy another used truck . The selection was second to none!
