On September 4, 2025 My husband and I bought our 2018 Kia Soul from Elite Motors of Joppa. They made our car buying experience a truly memorable experience. Jeep had a ton of issues. Chip in windshield windshield wiper was broke. It had dent in rear with rust front bumper passenger side been hit. Bunch of other little things that couldve been addressed i feel before trying to sell it.

Car was advertised. Was happy with buying experience.

Went through the entire process got everything set up and one the day i was supposed to pick up the car i got told not to come they decided to cancel the sale and send it to whole sale wasted a week of my time and put a hard hit on my credit just to be told too bad we dont want to sell the car. Absolutely horrible so to answer the first question acuraltely i did buy a vehicle from them and then couldnt pick it up because they took it to auction
