I was looking at a 2021 Cadillac CT5 online never went to the dealership. I Spoke on the phone to a salesperson Walter was a nice guy. I was approved he gave me all the details financing the car and when we can set a time to test drive I told him give me a couple days to think about it and ill get back to him. I started getting text messages from a salesperson Diana about the same car thinking that ill only be dealing with Walter. I received a text from the Dealership because i wanted to speak with someone about the car Diana calls me on WhatsApp and she only speaks Spanish no English Not sure what happened to Walter. While I did my best communicating with Diana she tells me to hold on and Hangs up. Very rude on her part she never had the decency to call back. Im going to give my business to another dealership.

I guess they dont want my business. I reached out 2x online in reference to a vehicle. I got 1 vm asking what i wanted to know about the SUV. I work long hours, I attempted to call back twice. I inquired again online providing all my contact info. I am best reached via text or email during my work hours. But they never attempted to try either method. They never reached out again. I am not going to drive 2 hours to a dealer that isnt even contacting me back. Too bad, exact car I was looking for and am pre approved. Lol.

We found this dealership through CarGurus and initially had a great experience. They were eager to help—until we started asking questions about pricing, dealer add-ons, and financing. We let them know we would be using our own financing because their rate was significantly higher, and their communication completely changed. I called and left multiple messages before getting a response. Several times I was told they needed to “check on something” and would call me back, but they never did. We were serious, eager buyers and simply wanted straightforward answers. Ultimately, we gave up and bought a vehicle elsewhere. It’s incredibly frustrating that a dealership would lose a ready-to-buy customer because we asked questions, declined add-ons, and chose our own financing. Very disappointing experience.
