I inquired online and did a deal online and never heard back from them to see if deal was confirmed. Poor communication now the truck has sold. I lived a good distance and wanted to see if I got pre approved before traveling just for a test drive.

I could have gone without the talk. It became more than just me trying to purchase a car but a lecture on life decisions, I had already dealt with. I got the car I wanted paid in full else where, the experience had the opposite effect then I believe the dealer had in mind. I wouldn't want to purchase here as I feel like they would extra personal and make house calls so they can personally judge you. Steer clear if you can.

Told me to come check out this vehicle but it was no longer on the lot

Drove an hour away to see a car and I was under the impression that the car was very clean inside and out. I got there and the fender was hanging off, car was making a very weird noise, and some of the features didn’t even work. Wouldn’t return to this place and wouldn’t recommend. Very uncomfortable place to be. If I could give 0stars I would❌

I was able to purchase this vehicle, and this was my first time using CarGurus for a purchase. The salesman, Kirlous, reached out to follow up, and we discussed the pricing and details over the phone. I also informed him that I lived two hours away from the dealership, and he was extremely helpful throughout the process. When we arrived, he thoroughly reviewed everything with us, and all the details we discussed over the phone matched exactly with what was presented in person. We also discussed a few minor items that needed to be replaced prior to purchase, and those repairs were completed while we were there. Even when Kirlous had other appointments, he made sure another salesman assisted us and kept us updated. Overall, this was a great experience, and I highly recommend them!
