I helped purchase this car for my mother who lives in a rural area. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating - I was able to complete the entire purchase remotely, and they delivered the car with her, fully registered and ready to drive. Things could not have gone more smoothly.

They told me an hour before I came in that the civic was available. After I arrived they told me it had been sold. Then they showed me a Corolla that was $6k more than my price range. I felt like they used old school outdated sales tactics and they bait and switch to get you in there. The haggling process was annoying. I finally got to the price I wanted to pay but it was a long back and forth process to get there. After all was said and done and the paperwork was signed I found out that the vehicle only came with one key! I will probably not buy from there again.

Overall, good transaction

Venza was listed in their description as having 8,000 miles and one driver., no accidents. When they sent me Car Fax report, there were two owners and mileage was 49,843 with one accident. Very dishonest.
