The salesman was good to work with but finance person was not. Car was listed under 20,000 but the finance person added low jack and other things on the car like paint protection I did not ask for when i said I did not ask for the extra that made the car with a 28,000 dollar price tag he responded said well I don't have to sell you the car . So I got up and shook the salesmen’s hand and walk out

Sent them an offer online and they responded quickly. They didn't try lowering price, so I bought elsewhere but at least they didn't waste my time in person.

They were cautious and very helpful but did not have a car that I was looking for.

I had the worst experience ever with this dealer. I was in contact with them for 3 weeks about checking a used car. I went today to see it. It was dirty inside/outside. There were coffee stains all over the seats and roof, opened the trunk to see the motor, it was dirty as well, you could see the spider nest on the corners. I asked why you guys didn't prepare it. i was coming all the way from Fresno to Merced. Their answer was that the detailing guy doesn't work on the weekend!!! i was serious about the car. Unfortunately, it was a waste of time.
