I had a bad experience with the location in Baltimore md dealership be careful when going here they like to play games with their customers. I put in an inquiry for a white Tesla model Y i get there just for them to tell me the car wasn’t there i then asked where is the car? They tell me it’s in the VA location but it’s not ready so i said ok. I end up giving them all my information just for them to tell me the banks pick the car i want and that i will have to settle for whatever car they pick for me, after waiting 8 hours. Then the sales man name Abdulla drive us to a location 30 minutes from the dealership to pick up another car i didn’t ask for. Then we get the car i check it out the rear view mirror was loose and the charge port was broke. We get back to the dealer ship i told them i didn’t want the car so i proceeded to walkout and go home. Not to mention i had an approval. They call me like 25 minutes after i left and tried to put me on another vehicle i didn’t want.

They told me the Vehicle is Sold, the vehicle was still up for sale after week. I called again. They told me they will tell me. Never told.

Used CarGurus to find this vehicle. Made an appointment to test drive the specific vehicle. Dealership is an 1 1/2 hour drive. Woke up early see the vehicle and possibly make a year end deal. Get there (1st customers), and the sales manager intentionally directed us to someone completely unprepared because he was aware he was getting a customer. Car suddenly was sold the night before (11pm) and they don’t have it anymore. BAIT AND SWITCH!! I’m going to find the VIN of the vehicle and get proof it was sold! Sales guy extends our stay another two hours saying he can get us into a new vehicle. Sure but 100.00 a month more in payment we knew we didn’t want. We came in with our own financing and knew he wasn’t going to get close. Complete wastes of time. Just be honest about your inventory. CarGurus needs to enforce this. We know now, call and speak to someone (get a name!) and tell them you are only interested in the specific car with the stock#.
