After agreeing to and confirming an out the door price, I arrived for a test drive. Before I agreed to come in, I let them know via text that I would not need financing and to let me know if that was a problem.The salesman assured me that he was honest and it would be straightforward. I was ready to purchase the vehicle and pay in full. The Sales Manager came over and tried to convince me to finance the car instead, which was unnecessary, I had the cash to pay in full. They both came back and told me the price of the vehicle increased despite the agreed upon cost. I walked out. I looked online and the price never changed. They profiled me as soon as I walked in. They decided they would try to make money off of another customer by having them finance with interest instead of receiving a $25,000 check in hand. Terrible business.

I made an appointment. I drove three hours to come see the car when I got there. The sales person let me take out a test drive told me to take my time. Take it on the freeway get used to it. See if I really wanted it. 20 minutes into my test drive. He calls me and tells me he took a deposit on the car and it’s no longer available that I needed to bring it back. I wasn’t even given first choice just told that it was sold and there’s nothing I can do about it. I wasted a whole day to come see it for no reason.

Rude and unwilling to remove 7000+ In added dealer add-ons that were not advertised I the auto price that they said in the add that were added by them and you had to pay for.. the price advertised was 34k in the add then the non negotiable non removable dealership added drove the price of the vehicle over 41k that is called legitimate false advertising. Buy a car anywhere else but this place isn't your haggle free or easy pace to negotiate any type of deal go literally anywhere else
