Eli has completely changed my view of auto dealerships by respecting my space and personal need for time to consider each individual step in the total process. Eli has also introduced me to Grow Financial FCU, and I have enjoyed dealing with their remote customer service team. Elijah, the Finance Manager gave me new insights into how the process works from their end, allowed me to carefully review the documentation and gave me more than enough time to ask questions and get clarification. To the team at Chrysler in Culpeper, it is a sincere pleasure to have been able to work this out with you.

Staff was amazing easy process will recommend them to everyone

We started an application and were told the vehicle would be held for us during the process. They told us to come sign papers, after verbally agreeing on a price and terms. We were en route to the dealership to sign and they sent me a text to tell me the vehicle just sold to someone else who had a check in hand. They told us first com first serve, which was us being served first as we had already agreed on terms. We would NEVER recommend anyone doing business here. They are dishonest and crooks.
