Dealerships near me (Red Bluff, CA)

The dealer reached out with a price and window sticker for a a passenger van that they had on the lot, but it was not what we were looking for. We need 15 passenger capacity theirs was only a 12 passenger van and not AWD. No further contact from the dealer since then.

Communication from Chris Young to myself was horrible. I originally had an appointment with Chris to see & test drive the jeep but the mechanic did not clear it for test driving. Chris was supposed to call me when it was ready. But, Lithia sold the Jeep to someone else who did not require a test drive. I understand that but i I feel strongly that Chris Young should have at least contacted me to let me know but instead he ignored me and I waited for days. I finally called him. I think that simple common courtesy & communication goes a long way especially if you want to keep clientele. He obviously did not care. Unfortunately, I will NEVER shop for a vehicle at Lithia Toyota again. Thanks Chris Young!!
