I went to look at this van. I did not call the dealership prior to my visit because I wanted the van to have a "cold start" to hear if there was a starting issue or the death rattle. The salesman who brought out the keys was nice enough. Let us do our thing looking at everything. No issue with personnel at all. This van, for such low mileage, is beat to hell!! Damage on both sides, right rear tail light is broken, right side passenger mirror is broken and missing pieces, damaged mirror housing, and the front grill is missing. It appears to have white paint painted on to cover the spots of missing original paint. The engine started up fine, but over the next few minutes, there was a knock/ping behind the engine kind of where the exhaust or transmission would be. It was also blowing blue exhaust, which means it's burning oil. I get that a work truck won't be in perfect condition. I was very disappointed, as the photos made it look nice. And asking nearly 12K is laughable, in my opinion.

This dealer was very responsive and followed up well! The dealer had a beautiful car that was sold while I initiated contact. The dealer was prompt and offered 2 other vehicles (both were beautiful). The vehicles (admittedly very pretty) were not the year nor paint color I had preferred. They even offered to source another vehicle. Even though the vehicle I was interested in was sold, I was impressed with the prompt and honest communication.
