Didn’t respond half the time, never sent photos as they promised, never agreed to even FaceTime to show the car as I’m over 4 hours away. Terrible

Yes, this place was so unprofessional, they had all the negotiations outside in the lobby (open areas). You could hear all the numbers ( negotiations)they were talking to you to other clients, everybody there they requested a large down payment $10,000+ , if I had a trade-in and they want to give me $10,000 less than what it was worth, I went somewhere else and bought almost the same identical vehicle with my trade-in and $2000 cash and had no issues, these people are the worst I've ever been around, and I will never bring my business back to them

Underpriced vehicles to get in touch with you and mislead you so that you will come into the dealership. They advertise vehicles at a great price just to add on an 8k dealer fee as “standard”. No dealership I have ever worked with has such a high dealer fee. Meanwhile, they tried to argue the dealer fee amount was very common. It was all a scam to make up for the underpriced vehicle. They even admitted during the negotiating that the underpriced vehicle was just to get me in the dealership.
